Being active is one of the
five ways to wellbeing. So walk into uni, try out one of the
Wellbeing Week activities, or go for a gentle jog around the Thames - move in your own way.
Earn 200 points from any exercise this week and post a photo showing us your favourite way to get active, to be in with a chance of winning one of 5 wellbeing packs. Plus we will throw in an extra 200 points for the raffle winners too.
We will announce the winners a few days after the challenge to allow time for all the points to sync.
