Get out and about this new year and challenge your friends to see who can do the most activity this week. With prizes up for grabs, there is all to exercise for!

Ideas for how to earn your points:
- Cover 12 miles through running
- Make 60,000 steps through walking
- Cover 42 miles through cycling
- Go to 8 King's Sport Health and Fitness Gym classes
